Bisol is a family-owned company, who have produced Prosecco since the 17th century, owning and making wines on its Italian estate since 1875. The company is based in the little town of Santo Stefano in Valdobbiadene, in the famous Italian region of Veneto, producing finest Prosecco. Bisol is a market-leader in the Prosecco field, and has won countless awards for its wine. It is highly regarded by top international importers, sommeliers, prestigious international hotel chains and restaurants.

Bisol’s grape-growing method aims at the well-being of the vine and environment sustainability thanks to careful and delicate agronomic management. The wine-making method instead aims at reducing technical intervention in the winery to a minimum through the precise control of each single stage.

Tasting note:

The colour is an intense straw yellow with golden hues. The perlage is lively, persistent and extremely fine. The bouquet commences with a breadcrust character from the evolution in the bottle, with delicate notes of mature fruit and dried flowers. The flavour is sapid, full and balanced with a long mineral note integrated with extreme delicacy
