Join resident salumi aficionado, Nick Ridge (who distributes these wonderful products to restaurants all across SA) and Chris from La Cantina as they guide you through some of the delicious range of De Palma products matched with some fantastic Italian wine. Ticket includes 4 canapés followed by pasta and side dish for dinner all with matching wines to taste.
