The art of Salumi making is a skill passed down though Italian families and perfected with every generation. Salumi Australia is a company continuing the techniques and traditions of Italian artisan salumi producers in their custom build facility in Byron Bay. We are going to be tasting though their range as interpreted by our chefs and match these
creations to Italian wine. Learn all about the art of salumi and why the Italians love it so.
