David Mazzuferi heads the team at the prolific Tenuta Tavignano in Macerata, on the mid Eastern coast of Italy. Recently awarded the highest accolade in Italian wine for their single vineyard Verdicchio, Misco (Italian White Wine of the Year from Gambero Rosso), this winery is focused on the production of fine wines using native varietals specific to Le Marche. The Verdicchio transcends the spectrum of white wine from light and minerally young wines to textural and complex examples.

David is here to talk you through Verdicchio and its inimitable qualities, as well as the estate’s striking Montepulciano based reds and an innovative project taking the estate into a new direction and is sure to win the winery a new legion of fans.

This is an opportunity to come up close and personal to one of Italy’s leading producers. Bookings are essential.
