La Cantina brings the largest tasting of Australian and international Nebbiolos yet to be seen in Adelaide. This is an event some time in the making, as interest has grown every year in our store, with people being enchanted by this complex and deeply satisfying Italian-born grape variety. And interest is not just in Nebb's most famous forms, Barolo & Barbaresco. There's more. It's time to take it to the next level.

Join David Ridge, one of Australia’s long-time enthusiastic proponents of Italian wine, and Chris Sarandis from La Cantina Wines as we showcase the widest selection of Nebbiolo's from Italy as well as Australian wine producers who are 'having a go' at this beloved grape.

We’ll have a particularly strong cross-section of Nebbiolo wines from northern Italy, the grape’s traditional home, and particularly from Piedmont, the heartland. There will be at least 20 Oz producers in attendance too. Our guests can either taste through 80-odd examples for themselves or be guided in a number of seminar formats, hosted by David Ridge.

So it's a day for the discoverer and the devotee of this super grape
