Our Pizzaioli (pizza chefs) make Rome's most famous street food at Bar Mercato.
The dough is made using a traditional recipe from the mother yeast and left to leaven for 72 hours. This process produces a lighter, fluffier and very digestible dough ideal for pizza. The pizza is cooked on rectangle trays sold by the slice. We only use the freshest and finest local and imported ingredients which make this style of pizza stand out from the rest.
And to add to our pizza feast a live jazz quartet will be playing throughout the evening!
In true Italian fashion, no one leaves hungry.
Beer, wine, aperitivo, soft drinks, coffee and cakes are available for purchase on the night.
