The history of our vineyards and wines are strongly attached to these lands: Erbaluce is an ancient and autochthonous vine variety, thanks to its ductile properties its wine can be found as firm wine, Passito dessert wine, Traditional Method Brut and Charmat variant. Tenuta Roletto is also a place of study and research carried out for some years by the University of Science and Technology of Turin: a partnership aimed at enhancing the value of the Erbaluce vine.
