From the inception of the Pandolfa label, their aim has always been to showcase Sangiovese in the best possible light with minimal wine making intervention and care of the land. The wines of Noelia Ricci come from the best performing vineyards in the Pandolfa estate, managed by Noelia’s grandson, Marco.

Soil Composition: calcareous yellow clay soils.

Production: The different clones are harvested and made the fermentation in blend. The fermentation is in stainless steel with controlled temperature. The maceration with the skins is 18 days and after the malo lactic fermentation. 6 months in tank and minimum 8 months in bottle.
