Wine Review:

"The 2009 Barolo Giachini is a knockout. Silky, perfumed and refined, the 2009 impresses for its textural finesse and superb sense of harmony. The balance of fruit, tannin and oak is terrific. Like so many 2009s, it's hard to see the Giachini making old bones, but it is absolutely delicious today. The sweet floral notes typical of this site come alive on the close." 92pts - Antonio Galloni
