Shipping and Delivery
At La Cantina we endeavour to ship the goods that you order on time and in good condition. If any such instance arises that the goods have been damaged in transit, you can rest assured that your goods have been insured against loss or damages, which is standard practice for us.
Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation of order email as well as tracking number if the goods are being sent via freight. If you live in Adelaide you can also opt to have your goods picked up in store within our normal operation hours. Once the goods have been dispatched you will receive an email notification of this and also an expected delivery time.
Please allow 7 - 10 business working days for your wine to arrive via your nominated delivery method. This usually depends on stock availability and adverse weather conditions. We endeavour to dispatch wines within 24 hours of the order being paid. If there is a delay in the shipment of your goods you will be notified immediately.
Heat Policy On Wine Deliveries
At La Cantina, we do not ship wines during adverse weather conditions and as such, will keep your wine in a temperature controlled environment until it is safe to send. We will notify you via email if this does occur.
Same Day Delivery
If you live in Adelaide and need your goods delivered to you as soon as possible, we can provide a same day delivery service to you. simply select the 'same day delivery' option at checkout and we will be in contact with you to arrange this. Goods will be dispatched within our business operating hours and can be delivered no later than 7pm. Additonal charges apply for same day delivery
For orders delivered within Australia, please refer to the following table below outlining our current Freight costs. All wine is shipped from Adelaide and includes GST. There will occasionally be Free Shipping Deals on so keep an eye out on the website and our mailing list and social media channels.
