Mercato Eats: Salumi e Vino Sat 12th November – La Cantina

The Home of Italian Wine in Australia

Mercato Eats: Salumi e Vino Sat 12th November
Salumi Australia is an Australian owned and operated boutique smallgoods manufacturing business, located in the beautiful Northern Rivers Region of NSW (Byron Bay) in close proximity to local farmers, considered to be producing some of the finest pork in the world.
The Salumi range is an artisan product, handmade with no flavourings,
unnecessary additives and is gluten free.

Nick Ridge from La Cantina Australia has selected some of his favourite products from the Salumi Australia range and incorporated them into 5 courses. He will share his knowledge on each salumi, their story and how they are made and cured.
Chris Sarandis from our La Cantina has matched premium Italian wines that will both enhance and compliment each salumi dish.
